- Department: Commercial- Location: Singapore- As the Vendor Performance Manager (VPM), you will work alongside a team of account managers handling a large portfolio of high potential key accounts. You own the complete responsibility in sales planning from providing insights on product/promotional mixes, price competitiveness, and stock planning to campaigns related matters.
- Reporting to Category Manager you will be responsible to:

- 1. Develop relationship with large portfolio of sellers within category, as a main contact point for high potential sellers, to understand their business nature, sales performance, obstacles in running smooth operations as well as supporting them in problem solving.
- 2. Ensure KPIs are achieved: sales, assortments, price competitiveness and stock coverage (ATP) etc.
- 3. Conduct key account analyses to understand factors driving/impeding the performance then develop and execute the actionable plans.
- 4. Working closely with Category Managers and Key Account managers to identify potential sellers to become part of the Key Account portfolio.
- 5. Drive quarterly and yearly sales target at account level.
- 6. Establish seller’s community within category, coordinate with seller engagement team to set up seller events and community to share learnings and build relationship between sellers.
- 7. Work closely with Category Manager and Partner Support Team to identify and solve issues blocking seller performance.
- 8. Involve in incubating a small pool of sellers and develop them to key accounts within the category.**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree from a leading University
- High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with result-oriented mindset
- Negotiating skills and the ability to network and influence people with service mindset
- Ability to work on tasks independently without a lot of guidance
- 2-4 years of experience in the business and strong relationships with key brands and suppliers related to the retail / fashion industry is a plus
