**Job Profile Summary**:
You will be responsible for management of Investment Risks & Investment Compliance across the company.

Investment Risk & Investment Compliance Management:

- Set up and maintain the investment risk and investment compliance framework, policies and processes. Ensure the procedures and processes are robust and comprehensive.
- Ensure that investment risk and investment compliance are managed robustly with risks promptly escalated to senior management and addressed promptly
- Key advisor to the PACS Investment team (and other relevant functions) and working closely with relevant counterparts (e.g. East Spring, external fund managers, and PCA) by providing oversight of investment activities from both risk and compliance perspective
- Facilitate investment breach handling and reporting
- Guide business units on the interpretation and implementation of new/ amended regulations in relation to Investment activities
- Provide advice and oversee all ILP product and fund matters in relation to risk and compliance, from ideation to review of product and fund materials, and ensuring that all regulatory and Group requirements are being met

- Asset, investment or fund house background is a must
- Well-verse in investment, fund and ILP regulatory requirements
- Result oriented individual who can drive deliverables within timelines
- A self-starter who can work independently with limited guidance
- Able to take proactive lead and a ‘can do’ attitude
- A strong individual who has independent views and is able to influence others
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Good at stakeholder management
- Excellent computer skills particularly MSWord, MSExcel and MSPowerPoint

**Working Experience**:

- At least 8 years of working experience in financial services industry
- Experience in insurance industry, asset management company particularly in investment risk and compliance area preferred

**Education**:

- Certifications in ERM/Investment risk will have an added advantage
- Degree in accounting, economics, finance, risk management, business management, or other related discipline

**Language**:

- Strong command of the English language
