**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing contractual specifications and drawings to create a list of engineering documents needed for the project.
- Briefing new project or engineering employees on their job's work instructions and procedures.
- Preparing a project schedule plan for the Senior Project/Engineering Manager to track project progress.
- Ensuring that all engineering designs and project schedules meet contractual requirements and are properly documented.
- Managing project filing and technical manual compilation following established procedures.
- Issuing service reports with customer endorsement for verification.
- Verifying Project Engineer's procurement in the material list and obtaining relevant documents from suppliers.
- Certifying and documenting all testing works in project files using relevant forms.
- Ensuring compliance with security control for staff and data from workstations and servers.
- Raising non-conformity reports when necessary and overseeing their investigation and corrective action.
- Supporting pre-sales proposals and reviewing tenders with sales personnel to meet customer requirements.
- Verifying and ensuring that the scope of work and supplies comply with orders only.
- Recording and submitting additional purchases for approval to the Senior Project/Engineering Manager.
- Monitoring tasks assigned to engineers.
- Reviewing design drawings and job specifications.
- Making suggestions to improve work procedures and processes. Reviewing and approving Bill of Materials purchased by engineers to ensure compliance.
