We are recruiting for a Creative Fragrance Manager (CFM) Fabric Care Southeast Asia to be part of our Fragrances Consumer Products Evaluation team in Singapore that offers excellent opportunities for both your personal and professional development.

Our CFM’s are olfactive development specialists whose primary goal is to guide Perfumers in the fragrance development process. To do so, CFM’s have a good understanding of the market and the consumers behaviour and preferences, a strategic view to analyse current olfactive trends, forecast future ones. You will be in charge of the fragrance development process alongside Account Managers (Sales), Perfumers, Marketing, Consumer Market Research, and Laboratory experts.

Your role will include:

- Help develop and implement development strategies and processes
- Define and lead olfactive vision and strategies of the customer’s brands
- Guide creation and development process of active and proactive projects in all Fabric Care categories
- Manage multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines
- Define and prioritise fragrances to be tested and coordinate with Consumer Marketing Insights (CMI). Translate these results into olfactory guidelines for Perfumers
- Ensure efficient and autonomous execution of projects with a focus on win rate, customer engagement, and speed of response thanks to your ability to prioritize and manage your time and the one of the team
- Work with the lab on testing product stability and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other regional creative centres, to complete project assignments
- Grow engagement of cross-regional project teams when applicable
- Collaborate with commercial team to identify/ interpret our needs
- Anticipate market tastes; collaborate with marketing colleagues on proactive concept generation
- Contribute in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development
- Work together with marketing teams to identify olfactive and conceptual opportunities

Your professional profile includes:

- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years fragrance evaluation experience across different categories and geographical areas including functional expertise in core fragrance development responsibilities paired with an innovative mindset
- In-depth knowledge and demonstrated track record experience in evaluation, in Fabric and Home Care categories (on a global basis including knowledge of key brands and customers) and in-depth consumer understanding
- Demonstrable product and technical knowledge of being able to approach specific technical aspects of the categories like fragrance stability and behaviour, formants and norm compliance for instance
- Expert level presentation skills with experience communicating clear and concise especially when conducting customer presentations and during customer interactions
