- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable backend systems for our e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and data scientists, to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance systems.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages, such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience leading a team of at least 5 technically is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies and the ability to collaborate with frontend engineers.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale data processing frameworks is highly desirable.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- A passion for innovation and a drive to build solutions that revolutionize the e-commerce industry.
