**Client**
- Build strong working relationships with key Client stakeholders and Client Finance; being a strategic partner to both.
- Assist with requests including Client audit requirements in a timely and accurate manner through effective communication and personal accessibility/credibility.
- Help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure Client financial savings targets are maximized.

**Financial Reporting and Planning**
- Deliver Client management information including annual budgets, monthly management accounts and forecasts including Profit and Loss variance/commentaries.
- Meet Group reporting requirements and deadlines, ensuring this is cascaded to all stakeholders.
- Assist Site Lead with Change Request data collection and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide Finance administrative support for the operation in a variety of Finance administrative matters
- To assist with Supplier payment on timely manner to avoid disruption of services.
- To manage Adhoc work, Projects request billing request and make sure documentation and billing are timely.

**Financial Governance**
- Manage the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems, identify opportunities to enhance system efficiencies
- Have thorough knowledge of policies, procedures and manage compliance of them.
- Participate in monthly business reviews and manage agreed actions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years prior accounting, finance or related experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Able to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to client and to effectively present information.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and possess initiative, and at the same time can thrive in a team environment.
- Able to meet deadlines of the portfolio's requirements.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
