Overview

What will you do?

**Technical Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead and mentor the Fiori/UI5 development team, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
- Provide guidance on complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.

**Application Development & Implementation**
- Utilize SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain Fiori Launchpad configurations, themes, and roles.

**Integration & Backend Connectivity**
- Work with SAP Gateway, REST APIs, and Web Services to ensure efficient data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and optimize backend integration processes to enhance performance and reliability.

**Collaboration with Business & Functional Teams**
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

**User Experience & UI Optimization**
- Optimize UI performance and responsiveness for different devices and platforms.
- Work with UX/UI designers to enhance user adoption and engagement through intuitive interfaces.

**System Performance & Optimization**
- Implement SAP Fiori Design Principles, SAPUI5 performance tuning techniques, and efficient data management strategies.

**Documentation & Knowledge Sharing**
- Document technical designs, development processes, and best practices.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions within the team to enhance expertise in Fiori/UI5 development.
- Stay updated on SAP advancements and industry trends to drive innovation in UI5/Fiori development.

**Project Execution & SAP Implementation**
- Support testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
- _Relevant SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP Fiori Developer Certification, SAPUI5 & Fiori Application Developer Certification)._
- Technical Skills & Experience:_
- _Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development._
- _Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery for UI development._
- _Expertise in OData services, SAP Gateway, REST APIs, and backend integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC._
- _Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver ABAP stack, including ABAP Objects, ABAP Reports, and ABAP online transactions._
- _Experience working with SAP Web IDE, SAP Business Application Studio, and SAP UI5 development tools for Eclipse._
- _Strong understanding of SAP Fiori Design Guidelines and UX/UI best practices._
- _Experience with at least three SAP implementation projects._
- Soft Skills & Leadership:_
- _Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams._
- _Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical guidance on complex challenges._
- _Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams._
- _Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions._
