Roles Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities
1. Handle bookkeeping and financial records for customers, take care of customers' yearly accounting and tax obligations.
Liaise with external auditors and manage all queries.
Prepare and handle accounts, tally transactions.
2. Understand customers' businesses, and gather everything needed regarding customers' finances.
Follow up and request for more documentations and materials needed with customers when necessary.
3. Deliver a detailed report containing profit and loss statement, balance sheet, general ledger, account receivables and payables summary, etc.
Cover compilation of annual financial statements, tax preparation and annual returns filing with ACRA.
Technical Skills & Competencies
1. Providing accounting and bookkeeping services to customers
2. Communicating with customers
3. Provide financial reports and updates
