**Help us get ahead of disease together with our GSK Production System (GPS) Internship, 2025**:
**Education required**: Current polytechnic student studying a Diploma course, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Technology

**Other requirements**: Must be enrolled at a polytechnic in Singapore for the duration of your internship and doing a credit-bearing internship

**Language requirement**: Written and spoken fluency in English

**Internship period**: March to August 2025

**What will you do?**

**What will you learn?**
- Support CI projects through:
a) Gemba and data collection to understand current state

b) Data analysis using Excel and develop solution(s)
- Contribute to the site’s overall continuous improvement culture by providing support to GPS Experts
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of:
a) Site-wide GPS workshops

b) Improvements to the KPI dashboards on site

c) Other ad-hoc events that serve as platforms for ample opportunities to build a network within the GSK community
- Support culture improvement activities ie. video making, conducting surveys
