Immigration Specialist

Work Location: City Hall MRT
Salary Range : $3,000-$3,5000
**Job Description**:
1. Support the Visa and Immigration Service for Singapore & Malaysia, ensuring a smooth process.
2. Identify gaps in the assigned business process and propose continuous improvement measures.
3. Drive process efficiencies by providing ongoing feedback, implementing improvements, and staying
up to date with legislative changes.
4. Collaborate with cross-enterprise teams to provide integrated global mobility services for Avanade.
5. Engage with customers, team members, and team leads to deliver compliant and secure
mobility solutions, fostering a hospitable environment.
6. Ensure offshore service delivery teams adhere to internal policies and operational requirements
for employee immigration and operations.
7. Train onshore/offshore delivery teams on any changes in the immigration process.
8. Execute a comprehensive local graduate program strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.
9. Build strong partnerships with local educational institutions to establish a pipeline of high-potential
graduates.
10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Business HR, hiring managers, and business leaders,
to align the program with business needs and ensure the successful integration of graduates into
their respective roles.
11. Proactively address customer queries, escalate issues, and collaborate with relevant teams for
swift resolution.
12. Contribute to service and compliance audits, providing feedback to local and global teams.
13. Build operational knowledge and ensure smooth delivery of mobility operations, including
administrative support for various processes.
14. Assist with advisory tasks and projects as needed.
15. Coordinate knowledge sharing sessions across stakeholders.
16. Maintain positive relationships with service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
17. Manage and organize documentation for immigration and Academy matters.
18. Update and maintain company documentation related to immigration and Academy.
19. Stay informed about local, national, and global projects and support their implementation.
20. Provide required support in emergency incidents, coordinating with stakeholders and
cross-functional teams.
21. University degree or equivalent higher education qualification
22. Qualification in a related field (e.g. Immigration, HR) an advantage
