We are a leading and fast-growing financial services group in Asia-Pacific looking to expand our capital markets business and currently seeking a highly-motivated mid-level professional who has a strong passion in assisting companies grow by helping them to raise financing via various funding alternatives or explore M&A opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be part of a dynamic team originating, structuring and executing public and private DCM deals with more focus on DCM area, cross-border capital markets transactions including M&As
- Preparation of pitch book/info memo/marketing materials
- Conducting data/financial analysis as required
- Performing industry research/analysis
- Conducting due diligence
- Valuation analysis
- Co-ordinating with various professional parties (e.g., lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, valuers, syndicate banks)
- Engaging with a wide array of investors including multinational corporations, asset and wealth managers, insurance companies, private equity and venture funds, family offices and HNWIs etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance preferred
- Preferably have passed CMFAS Modules 1, 4 and 6/6A exams
- 1-2 years of experience in capital markets, DCM experience is preferred. Corporate advisory, or transactional services experiences could be considered
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge on global/Asia-Pacific fixed income, equities, mezzanine/structured financing, primary and private placements and M&A
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to speak and write Chinese fluently to communicate with colleagues in Hong Kong and China.
- Ability to travel at short notices
- A team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
