The Project Management Officer/Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional SME Business Initiative and Enablement team in project management, data analysis & day to day bau activities. The BA will also be involved in managing systems and process improvement projects, as well as the analysis of the various data points from customer & product campaigns, including lead alignment, acceptances & rejections, digital campaign open rate, click thru rate, excel file for revenue reporting, etc. More importantly, this person will closely monitor the results of the RM-led and Digital client engagements and analyse the findings and assist in dashboard reporting.
1. Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office users to elicit and validate business requirements.
2. Lead and manage issues, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
4. Become an effective “bridge” between users and technology.
5. Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
Skill sets required:
1. Analysis skills
2. Familiarity with Excel to analysis data extracted into excel from various bank’s systems
3. Problem solving skills
4. Powerpoint skills to help create slides for presentation
5. Project Management skills
6. Basic banking product knowledge will be an advantage
