**Then come and join our global team as **Performance & Reporting Specialist** **to lead controlling and reporting activities and projects in Zone ASEAN.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will focus on controlling & reporting activities (Regional headquarters P&L, Balance Sheet, FTE planning and controlling, SG&A bridges, sales flash reporting) and special / ad-hoc topics (HERA project coordination)
- You will keep an eye on new digital tools that will enhance overall performance and introduce them within the zone
- You will lead a team of experienced finance professionals in terms of process streamlining and automation (Project “CoRe”)
- You will lead zone wide projects end to end including articulating the project vision, acting as a solution consultant and execution through various workstreams. Keeping track and report progress to the management and key stake holders.
- You will act as key productivity contact for Zone ASEAN management and global headquarters and manage the OPW setup for the zone in conjunction with country productivity controllers.
- You will provide management reporting on productivity through existing tool with continuous improvement and own Zone ASEAN central measures

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Understanding of business finance terms, process, and management
- Experience in financial controlling and digitalization
- Experience in project management and managing multiple stakeholders, with potential to lead a team
**Your attributes and skills**:

- You are highly collaborative, interacting cross-functionally with a number of departments of the business
- You work with our latest technology and therefore be willing to learn about new software tools and hardware solutions
- You possess strong communication skills and can clearly articulate and present concepts
- You have very good presentation skills and shows team orientation
- You possess intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Skills (ie Excel, Power BI etc)
