The Muay Thai Instructor Trainee is a role designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience for individuals aspiring to become skilled and knowledgeable Muay Thai instructors. This position entails learning and practicing the art of Muay Thai, understanding teaching methodologies, and gradually transitioning into a fully-fledged Muay Thai instructor role. The trainee will work closely with experienced instructors and follow a structured training program to develop the necessary skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Skill Development**:Learn and master the techniques, forms, and principles of Muay Thai.
Practice various striking, clinching, and defensive techniques to enhance personal proficiency. Improve physical conditioning, agility, and stamina to ensure capability to demonstrate techniques effectively.
- **Instructional Training**:Observe and assist experienced instructors during classes and training sessions.Understand the curriculum and teaching methods used in class.
- **Class Assistance**:Assist in organizing and setting up training equipment before classes.
Provide guidance and assistance to students during training sessions. Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols and providing supervision.
- **Progression and Evaluation**:Undergo regular evaluations and assessments by senior instructors. Demonstrate consistent improvement in Muay Thai skills and instructional abilities. Gradually lead sections of classes under supervision to practice teaching techniques.
- **Continuous Learning**:Stay updated with developments in Muay Thai techniques, training methods, and safety guidelines. Attend workshops, seminars, and relevant training opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Assist with maintaining attendance records and class schedules.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive training environment for all students.

Qualifications:

- Passion for Muay Thai and a strong desire to become a certified instructor.
- Prior experience in Muay Thai, martial arts, or combat sports is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate techniques effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies.
