**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in compiling tender submissions to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations to support accurate and competitive budgeting
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to request, assess, and compare quotations and proposals
- Develop Bills of Quantities, technical specifications, and unit rates in accordance with project schedules
- Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project coordination and execution

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, tender processes, and contract management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant Quantity Surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
