**Responsibilities**:

- **Offshore Team Management**: Effectively manage and coordinate offshore teams across multiple locations, fostering robust communication channels to ensure successful project outcomes. Engage closely with various stakeholders to align expectations.
- **Project Planning and Resource Allocation**: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies that optimize project efficiency and maximize profitability.

**Job Requirements**:
To excel in this senior role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) are highly desirable.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a project manager in IT, software development, or website development projects, with a strong preference for experience in startup environments.
- **In-depth Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies.
- **Leadership Skills**: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in project management tools and software such as JIRA and Notion.
