Position Overview

Key responsibilities and duties:

- GTM strategy and execution
- Research the market landscape and build a GTM strategy that enables the quick clearing of new capacity from our new farm and also sets up for future expansion
- Execute sales strategy: build and maintain relationships with institutional clients. Be able to push the deals through.
- Create a pricing strategy and iterate based on market responses
- Lead account management and customer success team to ensure the stickiness of clients
- Branding and marketing strategy and execution
- Lead branding and marketing strategy that communicates the company value to the market and follow through with the execution
- Work closely with multiple marketing, design, and PR vendors to execute marketing activities
- Organization building
- Set up efficient organization processes and procedures to support continued business growth
- Proactively develop talent to ensure continuous talent growth and
- Lead and actively participate in operational reviews, use quantitative analysis to drive decision making
- Leadership & Culture
- Enable a culture of passion, engagement, success and goal achievement
- lead a diverse team, ensure focus on collaboration and continuous development
- Exhibit focus, calm under pressure, and ability to prioritize during high stress

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience and success as an Operations leader in consumer goods, fresh produce, or other similarly relevant organization
- Experience building and executing sales and operations growth strategy in a complex environment; perishable products and/or fresh produce experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage aspects of sales, including market research, client outreach, pushing deals through, and client management
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis drive decision-making capabilities
- Successful leadership in building and leading a team with diverse backgrounds and skills
- Ability to successfully manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
- Excellent EQ, interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to effectively engage externally and internally at multiple levels of the organization
- Ability to navigate cross functionally and make decisions to support profitable growth
- Inclusive and creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning
- MBA, and management consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor and above degrees in reputable universities are mandatory. Science degree preferred.
