Experienced Instrument Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines for Plant CAPEX and MOC projects. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project cost and quality from conception to completion.
- Proposal study and technical review with Company representatives
- Site survey and execution feasibility check
- Instrument index update and I/O list creation
- Loop drawing update - intools and smartplant
- SOW preparation, BOM/ MTO creation
- Attend and participate in FATs
- Instrumentation wiring layout design, selection
- Design and modification of DCS/ PLC systems
- Prepare RFQ documentation for subcontractor and vendor quotations
- Prepare cost estimates for the project
- Prepare technical bid analysis for contractor/ vendor award recommendation
- Proven working experience as Instrument Engineer with at least 5 years experience working in an EPC environment
- Excellent knowledge of design and 3D modelling software
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Time management and organization skills
- BS degree in Engineering or relevant field

Pay: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
