**Job Description**:
1. Uplift families of inmates through attending to the children/youth’s well-being and enhancing the caregiver’s parenting capacity.

2. Provide case management services to children/youths with at-risk and/or school attendance issues and empower them to lead meaningful and pro-social lifestyles.

**A. Casework**

i. Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases assigned

ii. Possess knowledge of current community resources and landscape

iii. Initiate and facilitate case conferences

iv. Participate in networking and case discussions/meetings

v. Document and evaluate case outcomes

vi. Update stakeholders about case progress on a regular basis

**B. Group Work**

i. Undertake Group Work practice in response to the needs of clients

ii. Evaluate Group Work effectiveness and assess the relevance of the content periodically

**C. Administrative Functions**

i. Maintain timely documentation of case-related information and programme development. For funded projects, case documentations are to also be uploaded in the portals according to stipulated guidelines

ii. Oversee the administrative duties and progress of assigned projects

**D. Others**

i Undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Director

**Requirements**:
i. Degree in Social Work

ii. Minimum 1 year of casework experience

iii. Casework management, counselling, groupwork facilitation and strong administrative skills

iv. Willing to work in the evenings or on weekends, when required
