**Job Scopes**:

- Set up, operate, and program EDM machines, inputting all necessary parameters to ensure efficient production.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to produce precision tooling components to specified tolerances.
- Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to inspect machined parts, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tool room, following 5S principles and safety guidelines.
- Troubleshoot machining processes and make adjustments to optimize machine performance.
- Ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of EDM machinery and tooling equipment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of EDM experience.
