IT Executive

**Apex Harmony Lodge **is a purpose built 210 bedded Lodge for persons living with dementia. While we envision being a living model of a home committed to lives affected by dementia, we are undergoing transformation to provide a continuum of care for the whole spectrum of people with dementia, from those living in Long Term Residential Care to those living in the community and hence provide endless opportunities for staff to grow as they serve.

Working closely in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of AHL, the **IT Executive **plays an active role to meet AHL overall strategic objectives and operational needs. The **IT Executive** is responsible for technology related matters to enhance quality of dementia care at the lodge.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership in technology related matters.
- Provide consultation and recommendation in technology and IT solution adoption to enhance quality of services and care.
- Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and services
- Provide Information & Communications Technology (ICT) support including telephony.
- Maintain and monitor ICT systems, including planning, enhancements, technology refresh, and redundancy.
- IT Assets management, including planning, replacement, loan management, storage and monthly and annual maintenance.
- Liaise, coordinate, and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers of IT services.
- Provide contingencies for critical IT services.
- Ensure adherence of business rules, systems workflow and processes to achieve data and information integrity.
- Plan and co-ordinate data collection, perform data retrieval, analysis and interpretations to support Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance, and Management Reporting needs.
- Train and educate ICT users the new technology solution and existing solution to the new recruits.
- Conduct regular routine checking ICT equipment are in good working condition.
- Any other relevant duties as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management Science, or equivalent, with relevant working experience.
- Experience in Applications, Database, and Network.
- Possess initiative and strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Able to plan, organize, and articulate well.
- Structured and process driven, with project management skills.
- Dynamic, resourceful, able to work independently and works well with others.
- A hands-on-person who is able to provide technical guidance to others.
- Able to attend to ad-hoc issues outside normal working hours.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,600.00 per month
