**What the role is**
- As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Finance (Project) in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will manage and provide strategic inputs to the development and implementation of finance policies and processes, as well as the development of a new IT system to support the Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) in the administration of financial assistance schemes for our students.

**What you will be working on**
- Conceptualise the development and implementation of a new IT system to support the IHLs in administering financial assistance schemes and provide an enhanced user journey for our students and parents - Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement the finance policies and processes as well as to gather user requirements for the new system - Work with the system developer on the system development life-cycle including system design, user acceptance testing and data migration - Drive relevant change management activities such as developing the system and operational policies, preparing training materials and conducting training to the various stakeholders - Manage the administration of financial assistance schemes and review and streamline processes - Review and analyse data, and prepare student financing reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting - Collaborate with IHLs to manage queries on matters concerning student financing schemes
