- As QA Validation Specialist, you will be responsible to provide specialist support in the areas of compliance and implementation of the Novartis Quality Management System to ensure all activities related to both site and product are compliant with cGxP requirements (incl. data integrity), Novartis internal quality standards, and relevant international and local regulatory requirements.**Key Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting site qualification and validation activities such as planning, advising, reviewing and approval of qualification and validation documents
- Represents site QA Validation for FUE/CSV/Lab systems and practices
- Plan and implement workload to deliver QA Validation operational targets
- Guide and resolve standard issues relating to current processes and systems and qualification and validation approach within and across various functions to ensure all health, safety or training procedures meet requirements
- Review and collaborate with stakeholders to identify possible solutions on deviations / non-conformances for investigations

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University degree holder in a Science or Engineering discipline with at least 1 or 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or related regulatory field
- Must have GMP background
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Quality oriented with attention to details.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, professional and dedicated.
