To maintain the building services system operational on a 365/24/7.
- To implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance programme including in collaboration with appointed and contracted service professionals.
- To report on the performance of building system.
- To conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utilities services.
- To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and perform repair works as assigned.
- To assist in promotional events.
- To attend to Customers’ requests diligently.
- To attend to Contractors including providing access, conducting site walkabout and assist to monitor performance of appointed contractors.
- To assist the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the building.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

**Job Requirement**:

- **shift work is required for this position**:

- Must possess at least a Nitec (Electrical/Electronic or Building Services Technology) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Computer literate and willingness to learn and or adapt to new technology preferably with experience in BAS/BMS System
