Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for tender process by providing technical engineering information to ensure compliance with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructions in Bridge/Tunnel, Underground Excavation and Tunnelling works

Assists in the preparation and assessment of cost estimates and the documentation for tender and contract bids

Liaises with architects, engineers and other technical colleagues to ensure that the design intentions are met

Coordination with QS/ Purchase Team for tender quotation and project claims

Preparation of BOQ and documentation

Familiar with local regulations pertaining to bored tunnelling and underground construction and safety

Familiar with TBM Advance time-cycle, methodologies and backend works planning

Cross discipline discussion with BIM team and design team for planning and work design

Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 2 years’ working experience in tunnel construction projects

Preferably with design, technical and consultancy experience in LTA projects/MRT Tunnel, cable works and underground structure

Knowledge of the ground improvement planning and tunnel ventilation system is an advantage

Knowledge of CAD, BIM, Civil/Tunnelling Engineering design systems software

Preferably Senior level specializing in MRT bored tunnelling projects
