**What you will do**:
Post training on consulting fundamentals, consultant interns will be assigned to active projects in team size of 3-4 consultants to identify and devise potential solutions for specific client needs or problems. Responsibilities include:

- Take on larger and more complex work modules to design, develop and deliver
- Assists in the development of detailed documentation and specifications
- Under supervision, assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assists in the development of client solutions
- Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions
- Designs, structures and delivers client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
- Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
**At the end of internship program, we expect interns to bring home**:

- Ability to simplify and synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Effective communication with internal or external audience
- Optimal ways of working in a team to identify best solutions
