职责范围：
- 在交易后生命周期的各个方面为客户提供持续和日常运营支持——交易支持、分销、结算、对账和文档服务。
- 与产品经理、基金管理人、法律顾问、基金会计师和其他相关方密切合作。
- 管理基金认购和赎回文件、定期或临时内部和外部报告。
- 与相关服务提供商一起监控日常可交付成果，以确保收到来自相关合同服务的所有文件，并提供特殊服务。
- 参与系统实施和增强的所有运营相关项目
- 及时响应和解决基本问题
- 如有需要，协助执行任何临时任务

技能和资格：
- 金融、会计或相关学科的学位持有者
- 至少3年相关工作经验，至少1年私人银行或财富管理经验。
- 有私募股权或二级市场基金运营经验是优势
- 踏实肯干，工作仔细，有良好的时间管理技能，能够在压力下工作
- 独立、积极主动、自我激励、直言不讳、热衷于学习、能够适应新的挑战
- 熟练使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint和操作系统
- 出色的口头和书面沟通能力——普通话和英语

Position: Senior Operations Manager/Operations Manager/Operations Supervisor
Department: Singapore Compliance Operations Department
Location: Singapore

**Responsibilities**:
Provide continuous and daily operational support to customers in all aspects of the post transaction lifecycle - transaction support, distribution, settlement, reconciliation, and document services.
Work closely with product managers, fund managers, legal advisors, fund accountants, and other relevant parties.
Manage fund subscription and redemption documents, regular or temporary internal and external reports.
Monitor daily deliverables with relevant service providers to ensure receipt of all documents from relevant contract services and provide special services.
Participate in all operational projects related to system implementation and enhancement
Timely response and resolution of fundamental issues
If necessary, assist in carrying out any temporary tasks

Skills and qualifications:
Degree holders in finance, accounting, or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, and at least 1 year of experience in private banking or wealth management.
Having experience in operating private equity or secondary market funds is an advantage
Diligent and hardworking, meticulous in work, with good time management skills, able to work under pressure
Independent, proactive, self motivated, outspoken, enthusiastic about learning, able to adapt to new challenges
Proficient in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and operating systems
