Applied Value Technologies is seeking **L3 Support Engineers **to help deliver our mission

**About you**:
**We are looking for someone to**:

- Provide training on new and existing features
- Identify trends in issues, investigate the best solution with providers and communicate to appropriate teams
- Help migrate users out of declining services by finding alternative solutions, communicating, and helping users with the migration process
- Monitor, maintain, and look for opportunities to optimize and improve systems both for users and for admins/governance teams
- Provide ongoing documentation in the form of wikis for user base

- An excellent communicator (verbal and written) and facilitator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- A quick learner who is adaptable and excited to learn new products, processes, concepts, skills, and naturally curious
- Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding team-oriented environment

**Some stuff you need**:

- _Google Workspace _- primarily Google Drive & Editors (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Forms, Drawing) and AppScripts, 3rd party add-ons and custom integrations
- _Microsoft Office 365_ - All O365 apps, including PowerAutomate and all 3rd party integrations and custom developments
- **_Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert_**
- **_Google Professional Workspace Administrator certification_**
- Experience with custom solution development for Google AppSheet, including deep technical expertise with other Google Apps (GCP, APIs, integrations)
- **_Tableau Desktop Specialist certification_**
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal required
- Flexibility to work PST hours whenever required

- Associate or technical degree
- SQL knowledge (nice to have)
