The HSE executive will be responsible for the technical support to the Technical director for vessel matters. He must be able to work independently and as a team player with initiative. Reporting to the Technical Director:
To conduct HSE training for all crew onboard
To train ship’s officers in proper documentation pertaining to HSE matters
To conduct checks and ensure proper filing & documentation onboard vessels
Monitor and follow up vessel related documentation including class status and flag state require
Provide timely support and assistance for all marine matters including vetting, cargo, deck and navigation matters especially for Oil Majors requirements;
Ensure effective closeout of all non -conformances, observations, and deficiencies resulting from external/internal inspections/audits on assigned vessels;
To perform other duties as deem necessary
Diploma/ Advance Diploma
Minimum of 2 year(s) experience needed for this position
