**About the Role**
- Provide pharmaceutical care for excellent patient care.
- Recommend and monitor drug therapy to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide drug information to patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify, resolve and prevent drug-related problems.
- Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and pre-registration pharmacists.
- Adhere to regulations, practices and policies established by regulatory agencies pertaining to pharmacy.
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Perform other administrative duties or ad-hoc quality departmental projects as required.
- Work as part of a bigger team to provide quality patient care.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Hospital experience preferred but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work in team or independently.
- Ability to communicate well and able to articulate procedures effectively.
- Compassionate and good patient care.
