Assistant Property Manager
**Job Description Summary**

The role involves overseeing facilities maintenance services, assisting schools in planning maintenance and infrastructure improvements with the project team, and supporting quantity surveyors by recording site measurements and uploading data to a centralized system.

**About the Role**:

- Respond to each school and user, and to ensure that the Facilities Maintenance services under the contract have been properly carried out and performed
- Assist the school in planning and programming all visits and and maintenance services including implementation of infrastructure improvement works with the project manager / project management team
- Assist the professional quantity surveyors in all site measurement and records. Uploading all field data to centralised computer system

**About You**:

- Degree / Diploma / in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance
- Knowledge in building works and facilities management
- Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
