**About Us and Your Role**:
**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Exploration & Lead Generation**: Conduct thorough market research, utilize various channels, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- **Effective Sales Strategies & Closures**: Employ skilled negotiation tactics, create compelling proposals, and secure new client contracts.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, tailor customized solutions, and offer continuous support.
- **Oversight of the Recruitment Process**: Streamline the end-to-end recruitment process, advertise job openings, and oversee the onboarding process.

**Entry Requirements**:

- Must hold a " Certificate of Employment Intermediaries " (CEI) License.
- Previous experience working with a recruitment agency.
- Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Maintain a reliable internet connection and have a suitable home office setup.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong negotiation and sales acumen to close deals and maintain client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, committed to exceeding sales objectives.
- Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
