Project Supervisor

**Job Description:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:

- Assist in developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for Aluminium cladding, roofing, façade & ceiling works.
- Collaborate with the project manager to identify required resources, such as materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including contracts, work orders, and permits.

2. Resource Management:

- Support the project manager in managing project resources, including coordinating with suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Assist in tracking inventory and ensuring sufficient availability of materials to meet project demands.
- Collaborate with the project manager to allocate and schedule manpower efficiently, considering project timelines and priorities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors or specialized tradespeople, ensuring their adherence to project requirements.

3. Project Execution and Quality Control:

- Assist in overseeing the implementation of Aluminium cladding, roofing, façade & ceiling works, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with the project manager to conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Assist in coordinating with the project team and subcontractors to resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with quality control measures and standards, addressing any deviations promptly.

4. Project Communication and Documentation:

- Assist in maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Collaborate with the project manager to prepare progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved, potential risks, and proposed solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project files, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

- Assist in implementing and monitoring health and safety practices on project sites, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Identify potential hazards and risks, taking appropriate measures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment (Specially on Working At Height).
- Collaborate with the project manager to implement environmental sustainability initiatives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Construction or mechanical engineering or a related field working experience.
- Previous experience in construction project management or a related role, preferably within Aluminium cladding, roofing, façade & ceiling works industry.
- Sound knowledge of Aluminium cladding, roofing, façade & ceiling works, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Singapore.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, documentation, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Team Player.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Valid Singapore driver's license (if required for site visits).
