For specific functional domains, the Business Analyst (BA) is fully responsible for supporting the new business initiatives.
- He/She will work closely with the Delivery Manager to provide functional expertise, analyse client requirements, write functional specifications and participate to testing.
- During project execution, he/she will support the Project Manager during the complete project life cycle (Sales to delivery support), contribute and support the project team with functional expertise to ensure successful delivery.
- He/She will be fully responsible for managing Domain level artefacts aligning to Azqore project methodology.

**Responsibilities**
- Involved early in the project with the Project Manager to perform workshops to capture requirements.
- Write functional specifications.
- Bring clarity and highlight the business impact of the retained solution.
- Assist the business stakeholders in their decision.
- Actively contribute to the fuctional design and write functional requirements baseline.
- Support IT specialists (onshore and offshore) by gathering and sharing all functional information and client expectations.
- Be the leader during the testing phases, implement users tests and ensure the follow-up of the User Acceptance, coordinating defect workflows in collaboration with the users.
- Support and adhere to Azqore Methodology and continuously contribute to improve the processes.
- Attend the project daily meetings.
