**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- Initiate and lead Supplier Development programs and audits
- Attend to production / customer feedbacks and complaints on material quality issues
- Drive suppliers to resolve quality issues and coordinate containment activities
- Develop and deploy Supplier Management Systems and continuous improvement
- Review First Article Inspection reports and approvals
- Perform periodic system and process audits at supplier’s facilities to assure compliance to factory, customer and ISO requirements
- Resolve production (line fallout) / field complaints/escalation on material quality issues including Failure analysis and issuing SCAR (8D)
**Requirements**:

- Preferably possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in high mix low volume manufacturing processes like: machining, casting, precision metal stamping and fabrication
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 8D, Lean, IPC6XX, SPC, ISO 14001 standards and auditing skills
- Knowledge in supplier quality management. Ideally trained as Lead Auditor.
- Six Sigma experience/Black Belt a plus
- Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills to influence and collaborate across all organizations.
