- Experience Business Analyst in IT project implementation
- Proficient in **mandarin**, able to transcribe source requirements written in mandarin to English

**About the role**

You will be working closely with China counterpart to collate requirements and transcribe to international English business requirements documents. You will perform analysis and corresponding documentation of the business requirements for a new product to support APAC region.

**What you will do**
- The analysis and corresponding documentation of the business requirements for a new product to support APAC region.
- Transcribe written and verbal Mandarin Compliance requirements into and acceptable requirements document in English
- Document the requirements in detail and come up with Business Requirement Document (BRD) and the Functional Requirement Document (FRD) to be signed off by stakeholders
- All requirements, functionalities and interfaces should be captured and documented
- Solutions with process flow diagrams will need to be documented for all relevant discovered business requirement processes
- Analysis and documentation - To provide estimation effort (man hours) cost breakdown for the various phases of the project
- Significant business analysis experience with knowledge of advance level of Business Analysis processes mapping experience or qualification
- Good knowledge and experience of BPMN process mapping tools
- **Fluent in both English and Mandarin and be able to Transcribe written and verbal Mandarin Compliance requirements into and acceptable requirements document in English**:

- Both written and spoken fluency in both languages is required
