The opportunity_**
- Lead, contribute and oversee detailed design and construction supervision of building mechanical services, particularly with respect to ACMV (Air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation), ESCS (Engineered smoke control system), Chiller Plant etc for large scale transport infrastructure, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and institutional building projects.
- Lead the team to deliver, project management, relationship management and technical design responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders on projects starting in the design, stakeholder signoff, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion.
- Help support the seamless integration of all other building disciplines and sectors at project level across the organisation.
- Assist in providing mentoring and development of junior mechanical/building services engineers.
- Contribution to technical development within the team.

About you:_**
- Pursuing professional engineering accreditation. For example, a Professional Engineers Board (Singapore) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Recognised university degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services
- At least 8 years’ experience in building mechanical services design and execution for major development with a consultancy and/or design and build background.
- Experience of working in various infrastructure projects including industrial, large scale transport infrastructure, retail, education, healthcare, data centre and commercial.
- Solid knowledge in Singapore building standards, as QP, PD and PM experience on projects.
- A collaborative, open and constructive approach with developed relationship management, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- A digital and sustainability advocate.
