- Attend to customer on con all, factory audit, quality issues and returns.
- Responsible for resolving quality issues related to incoming, in-process, outgoing and customer complaints.
- Support for New Product launch and raw material First Article approval, oversee the quality of new products from sample build to mass production by building a robust process.
- Monitor Supplier performance and liaise with supplier to resolve quality issues and handing of NCMR。
- Conduct the internal and external audits.
- Responsible for environmental compliance conformity of raw material (Eg.RoHS, Reach, Conflict of Mineral, etc)
- Review and improve company’s Quality Management Systems.
- 8D/CPAR review on customer returns and work with associated parties to improve company’s Quality performance.Any other ad-hoc duties required.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Department in related manufacturing industry (Wire Harness/Box-build)
- Possess good knowledge ISO9001, with audit experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP system.
- Experience on raw material compliance conformity (Eg.RoHS, Reach, Conflict of Mineral) is preferred
- Able to work under fast-pace environment.
- Team player with good working attitude.
- Experience in contract manufacturing of wire harness & box-builld are preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
