**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, hygienic, and engaging environment for infants
- Lead and support a team of educarers to uphold high standards of care and curriculum delivery
- Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and licensing requirements
- Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication and updates
- Manage enrolment, staffing, and operational matters effectively
- Implement developmentally appropriate programmes tailored for infants
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations for the infant care team
- Maintain proper documentation, incident reports, and centre records
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or senior educarer role in an infant care/childcare setting
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE-T), or Higher Certificate in Infant Care, or other ECDA-recognised qualifications
- Certified Infant Educarer under ECDA’s framework
- Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Warm, empathetic and confident in leading a team of educarers
- Must be passionate about working with infants and building a nurturing environment for children and staff alike
