Job Responsibilities:

- Manage control measures to ensure mistake, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved
- Reconcile and segregate defective material for supplier collection
- Continuously verify physical on hand stock against system stock figures
- Source price quotations and prepare purchase orders
- Weekly updating of material status on master list for Marketing to do replenishment
- Any other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience in material handling and inventory control in warehouse industry
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office skills, and WMS
- Strong knowledge in inventory management and good numerical sense
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (Able to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently will be preferred)
- Working hours: 5.5 days per week [Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm; Sat, 9am - 1pm]
- Working location: Macpherson
