**Responsibilities**

**Chemical & Process Management**:

- Minimize downtime and assist with BFS machine operations during manpower shortages.
- Verify raw materials and maintain cleanliness in the mixing area.
- Coordinate cleaning (CIP & steam cleaning) and document chemical weighing and tests.
- Support RO water system regeneration.

**Process Knowledge**:

- Understand mixing flow and plant systems, including piping and water flow to BFS machine.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work weekends as needed.
- Strong focus on safety and cleanliness.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in cleanroom or pharmaceutical settings.
- Ability to handle hazardous chemicals (Chemical hazard certification preferred).

**Performance Expectations**
- Achieve production and maintenance targets.
- Troubleshoot and minimize machine downtime.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and meet KPIs.
