My client, one of the market leaders in the FinTech sector, is currently looking for AVP/VP, Operational Risk to work in their flagship Singapore office.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible to define, formulate risk policies, processes and procedures as well as recommending relevant risk management strategies in business & IT risk, fraud risk management, business continuity management. You will oversee daily operations of risk management matters and work closely with first and third lines-of-defence, and acts as an advisor and domain expert to the business stakeholders on risk matters. This role will also champion the third party outsourcing programme and RCSA program reviews etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 10 years of experience in risk management or consulting within banking & financial services
- Demonstrate a high level of strategic and tactical business acumen and industry knowledge in order to facilitate solution development
- Strong domain knowledge of key regulations, best practices and frameworks relevant for the business in FinTech industry
