**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting for progress improvement.
- Ensure production KPIs are met.
- Good disciplinary of staff members, conflict handling of team members.
- Monitor and rectify the machinery problem, ensure the machineries, equipments and tools are function well.
- Regularly assess the workplace safety.
- Ensure production schedule are followed and production processes stay within budgets.
- Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.
- Assisting in the recruitment of new hires.
- Organizing production training for the production team members.
- Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
- Evaluating various work stations at production floor for optimum efficiency.
- Accountable for inventory quantity.
- Control the Operation cost and reduction of additional cost that is unnecessary or should under control.

**You bring**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications together with proven expertise in manufacturing environment.
- 10 years of relevant work experience in plant operations with 5 years of people management skills.
- Knowledge of SAP will be preferred.
