- Lead, plan and execute marketing plans and strategies alongside with internal team for client
- Plan and create content for media communications
- Ensure efficient operations of the digital marketing team, time to market and performance marketing tracker/reports
- Continuously evaluate new channels/features such as Little Red Book, TikTok, Instagram Effects, etc.
- Involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process
- Support multiple internal brands under the company simultaneously in marketing context

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/Branding or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing/marketing communications experience
- Social Media Savvy, i.e. has hands/on experience using various digital marketing platforms
- Experience working with agencies to support delivery of plans
- Equipped with copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge in Branding & Marketing is a plus
- Basic skills in Adobe Suites (Ai, Id, Pr, Ae) is a plus
- Growth Mindset
- Effective team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
