Are you passionate about the snow industry? Do you have the skills to fine-tune skis and snowboards, ensuring peak performance on the slopes? Torpedo7 Queenstown is looking for **Snow Workshop Technicians** to join our team for the winter season

**What You’ll Do**:
Handle ski and snowboard tuning, repairs, and binding mounts for both retail and rental customers
Deliver expert technical advice and service, helping customers get the most out of their gear
Manage workshop bookings to ensure efficient turnaround times and top-quality service
Maintain and operate tuning machinery, keeping everything in top condition
Support and train team members in workshop processes and snow equipment

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in ski and snowboard tuning, binding mounting, and repairs
A passion for outdoor sports and delivering **exceptional** customer service
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices
A team player who thrives in a fun and dynamic retail setting
