**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manages day-to-day outlet operations to ensure Self Photo Studios run smoothly
- Provide leadership and direction to all employees
- Develops effective company development strategies to ensure long-term success
- Maintains a professional and a cheerful attitude
- Working closely and completing tasks assigned by the higher management accurately and efficiently
- Undertakes any other assigned ad-hoc duties as the business requires

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience as an assistant manager or operations manager
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Versatile and independent in picking up concepts, and possesses strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Able to grasp business requirements and processes
- Computer proficient and with working knowledge of service software and systems
- Meticulous, good organizational and operations skills
- Good communication skills
- Enjoys interacting with customers
- Strong business acumen with strategic mindset and finance-related skills
