**Position Overview**:
As a **Marketing & Sales Specialist **, you will play a key role in promoting our AEIS (Admissions Exercise for International Students) programs and expanding our reach through innovative marketing tactics. You will focus on digital marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns, and build partnerships to strengthen our brand and drive student enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results, driving increased traffic and conversions.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with education agencies, international schools, and other relevant organizations to increase awareness of our AEIS programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content for marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about market shifts and opportunities for growth.
- Generate sales leads through digital marketing efforts and assist in the development of sales strategies to convert leads into enrollments.
- Prepare reports and present insights on campaign performance, partnership outcomes, and sales metrics to key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and lead generation.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales and meeting targets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the education industry or knowledge of AEIS programs is a plus.
