- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45 am - 5.30 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $2800 + Performance Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversees daily consolidation operations
- Responding to customer queries and liaising with customers on operational issues
- Export consolidation planning (SEA/ Middle East/ USA)
- Import and export consolidation documents & liaising with overseas agent
- Oversees Tradenet declarations
- Verify Overseas & Contractors' invoices
- Invoice billing
- Rates negotiation with Carrier & Co-loader
- Monitor and coordinate import & export shipments
- Handling and preparation of shipping documents (e.g. delivery order/billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and others)
- Arranging and coordinating transportation/trucking
- Submission of permits to shipping lines
- Data entry and other assignments
