- Aviation Operations experience and background
- Previous experience of managing a team of people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English, additional languages would be a bonus
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent people management skills
- Proven influencing and Problem - solving skills
- Strong administration skills and experience, familiar with MS office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to drive change in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Resilience to succeed in a fast paced and demanding operational environment with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
