Shipping Rebates Assistant

**_ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Administrative duties in the Rebates department.
- Chance to cross-train in the Operations department.
- Facilitate smooth arrangement/coordination for documentations.
- Coordinate with shipping agents worldwide.
- Manage clients contact and updates to be made to Company’s CRM/management.
- Attending and resolving of customers’ queries/feedbacks.
- General admin duties as assigned

**_EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS_**
- **At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (shipping, maritime, operations) is required for this position.**:

- Preferably Entry Level specialized administrative.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous in details
- Keen to learn
- Training will be provided

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maritime: 1 year (preferred)
